ADMISSIONS

Acceptance of students at Kings Royal International School is subject to the rules and regulations set by the school.

 

Registration Process

We welcome registration at all times during the school year and in accordance with availability. We use the following procedure:

1) Parents must contact the Admissions Department via a call, letter or an email. All visits must be agreed and booked in advance with the Admisssions Department as we do not allow visitors to walk around any of the schools premises without a member of staff for security reasons.

2) The Admisssions Department will send interested parents a registration pack which will include the registration form and information about our schools. Please complete the registration form and return it to the Admissions Department.

3) Upon receiving the registration form, the Admissions Department will register the interest of the parents.

4) The Admissions Department will book an appointment with the parents for the parents and the children to visit the school. The Admissions Department will show the parents and children around the school and answer any question parents and children may have. The child or children will also sit a test and have an interview, the parents will also have an interview. Details of the test and interviews will be in the registration pack.

5) If the parents and children pass the tests and interviews, an offer for the children to join the school subject to the completion and verification of the enrolment form and associated paperwork and evidence. If the parents and children wish to join the school, the Admissions Department will give the parents an enrolment form and other related forms to complete.  All the forms and evidence listed in the forms must be completed and provided asap to prevent a delay in processing the application. Children can not start the school until the application process which includes verifying evidence is fully completed.

6) Once an offer and accpetance has taken place, parents must contact the finance department to make an initial payment and also set up a direct debit for the school fees.

 

Fees

There are multiple school fees structures in place, each school has a seperate fee structure. The Admissions Department will confirm with you the latest fees for each school. There is an annual increase in fees, more details about this will be provided by the Admissions Department. 

School fees discount are given to parents with two or more children within any of our schools:

First child: No discount

Second Child: 5% discount on school fees

Third Child: 10% discount on school fees

Fourth Child: 10% discount on school fees

Fifth Child: 15% discount on school fees
